My thought is this. What if the oil and natural gas we’re burning is the fuel that keeps the earths core burning hot and when it’s gone the earth will die and be like mars? I just hate that so much of what we’re taught is misinformation based on the wealthiest people in history’s profits. I have a feeling greed will definitely put you in a bad place in the after life.

I've always had a hard time believing that oil is all dead creatures. There would have to be an absolutely insane amount of death and processing that turned the earth over on itself and processed the creatures in the same way globally in absolutely massive graveyards.

Aren't we hollowing out the earths core by extracting oil. For every barrel of oil extracted we are leaving a hollowed out cave behind.

During the 70's I'd visit a friend of mine who operated an oilfield battery site on the western slope of the Alberta Rockies. He told me then that "fossil fuel" was not an accurate term. He said oil was the product some kind of a natural process, deep within the Earth, over time. Hydrocarbons is what they should be called.

The problem is that it takes ever more energy, expense and effort to extract oil. Some people have suggested that the entire climate crisis is just a fabricated distraction or deflection from the following reality: The people and business interests who promoted this high-energy consumption, transaction-oriented lifestyle would have to admit now that they've dangled first world lifestyle and consumption patterns in front of developing and third world countries, HOWEVER, it's going to be very unprofitable to extract that much oil and nobody's willing to do it. Meanwhile, they're warning about population reduction to shift expectations of permanent economic growth, but it's more likely that that is their solution to too many people demanding too much energy

Worry about the water. Actually I'd worry about everything if I lived in the northern hemisphere, humans have tortured the earth.
